If you signed up to SYKY using your email, a secure, embedded wallet was automatically created for you using Privy. This makes it easy to get started in Web3 without needing a separate wallet right away.
⚠️ Note: Neither Privy nor SYKY have any access to your wallet or assets.
Why Privy?
Privy helps you manage and secure the cryptographic keys that control your assets and funds. If you want to use these assets outside of SYKY, you’ll need to transfer your keys to a third-party digital wallet.
Step 1: Choose a Digital Wallet
To move funds out of your SYKY account and eventually into your bank account, you’ll need to set up a digital wallet. This only takes a few minutes.
Here are a few popular options:
🔵 Coinbase Wallet — enterprise-grade.
🦊 Metamask — widely used.
👻 Phantom — user-friendly.
🌈 Rainbow — best for mobile.
🟦 Zerion — best for asset visibility.
Step 2: Transfer Your Private Key from SYKY to Your Wallet
-
In the account settings of your SYKY profile, start the account transfer flow.
-
Click Copy Key to copy your private key.
-
Open your chosen digital wallet and import your private key.
For wallet-specific steps, refer to Privy’s detailed import guide.
Step 3: Move Funds to Your Bank Account
Once your assets are in your digital wallet, you can convert them into your local currency and transfer them to your bank account. Here's how:
-
Use a crypto exchange (like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken) that supports your country and currency.
-
Link your digital wallet to the exchange.
-
Sell your crypto for fiat currency (e.g., USD, EUR).
-
Withdraw the funds to your bank.
⚠️ Note: Regulations vary by country. Some platforms may require identity verification or have withdrawal limits. Check your local laws before proceeding.
